Ohio First Lady Fran DeWine is pleased to announce the Ohio Governor’s Imagination Library Program is now available to every Ohio child. Partnerships and funding have been established in each of Ohio’s 88 counties, so that all children who enroll – from birth to age five – can receive a free book in the mail every single month to help accelerate their development.

In the technology department, we are constantly monitoring our systems and policies to ensure that we are doing our very best to keep your students safe online, and to keep harmful content away. To that end, we are announcing today two significant changes that will ensure that your students are more safe and productive while online.

In a recent announcement from the Governor of Ohio, City Councils (including Board of Education meetings) have been exempted from the 10 person gathering limit. As a result, the public is invited to attend all future Board of Education meetings in-person. Attendees will be asked to honor all applicable health guidelines regarding social distancing and masks.
