		Superintendent The Superintendent is the Chief Educational Officer of the District. Dr. Edwin S. Holland serves as Superintendent of Cuyahoga Falls City Schools. Prior to being the Superintendent, Dr Holland was the Assistant Superintendent of Cuyahoga Falls City Schools. Before that he was the Administrative Principal for Cuyahoga Falls High School. Dr Holland's extensive career also includes being a Unit Principal for Stow-Munroe Falls High School. Dr. Holland received his B. S. in Education from Kent State University in 1985 and his M.A. from Bowling Green University in 1992. Recently, Dr. Holland completed his Doctorate in Education from Ashland University. Dr. Holland and his wife, Rhonda, have two daughters.

Treasurer The Treasurer is the Chief Financial Officer of the district. This Office handles all financial affairs for the district, including payroll, benefits, accounts payable and EMIS. Mrs. Kathryn L. Sines is currently the Treasurer/CFO for the Cuyahoga Falls City School District. Before coming to Cuyahoga Falls, Mrs. Sines was the Treasurer/CFO for Bristol Local Schools in Trumbull County. Teaching and Learning The Department of Teaching and Learning coordinates the curriculum, instruction, assessment and professional development for the district. Subject area courses of study and continuous improvement plans are created through this department. Ongoing data analysis and high quality professional development opportunities for district staff are a major focus. Mr. Walter C. Davis is currently the Assistant Superintendent / Teaching and Learning for the Cuyahoga Falls City School District. Before coming to Cuyahoga Falls, Mr. Davis was a teacher for Plain Local Schools in Stark County. During his 21 years of service to the district, Mr. Davis was a science teacher at Roberts Middle School, principal at Newberry Elementary School, and Coordinator of Curriculum. Mr. Davis received his B.A .and M.A. from the University of Akron. Mr. Davis and his wife, Aimee, have two sons. Technology The Technology Office is a part of the Department of Teaching and Learning. This office coordinates and oversees all computers, networks, instructional technology, and telephones in the school district. Mr. Patrick McKinney serves as Coordinator of Technology for the school district. Human Resources The Human Resources Department coordinates employee relations and employment for the district. This office handles job applications, postings, interviews, and recruitment. Dr. Paula J. Snyder is the Director of Human Resources for the Cuyahoga Falls City School District. She taught music in the Barberton City Schools for eleven years before coming to Cuyahoga Falls in 1999 to serve as a high school Unit Principal. Dr. Snyder received bachelor of music education and master of music education degrees from Kent State University. She went on to complete substantial post-graduate work in educational administration, and eventually completed her doctoral work there in 2008, with a major in Education Leadership and a specialization in school law. Dr. Snyder has participated in numerous community activities, including serving as an elected official and board member and officer for different social and service agencies.		Business Affairs The Department of Business Affairs oversees all aspects of building maintenance, food services, transportation, warehousing and purchasing. Mr. Leonard DeChant is currently the Director of Business Affairs for Cuyahoga Falls City Schools. Maintenance The Maintenance Office is a part of the Department of Business Affairs and is housed at the Vincent Street Bus / Maintenance facility. This office coordinates the cleaning and maintenance of buildings and property. Mr. Dennis Borton is the Supervisor of Maintenance for the district. Food Services The Office of Food Services is part of the Department of Business Affairs. This office coordinates the menus and preparation of food for all buildings in the school district. Ms. Suellen Roberts is the Supervisor of this department. Transportation The Office of Transportation is a part of the Department of Business Affairs. This Office coordinates and supervises the transportation of students to and from school. The Transportation Office is housed at the Vincent Street Bus Garage and Maintenance Facility. Mr. Doug Hardgrove serves as Supervisor of the Transportation Office. Special Education / Pupil Services We coordinate student services for our district -- as follows: - Enroll and register all students - Maintain all student records - Provide for open enrollment - Educate all with special needs - Provide related services.
