Kindergarten Registration is being taken at the Pupil Services office, 431 Stow Avenue from 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday. Download the Flyer Here.
Students registering for Kindergarten must be 5 years old by August 1, 2013. Kindergarten classes are full day, 8:45am to 3:20pm.
Parents/Guardians must complete the Kindergarten enrollment forms AND provide the following documents for their child/children when registering:

Original birth certificate

Immunization records
-
Social security card or number
-
ETR and IEP if the child has been identified Special Ed

Custody documents if parents are divorced
-
Proof of Residency (current utility bill OR lease/mortgage agreement)

Parent/Guardian photo identification
After March 5, 2013, enrollment forms are available for pick-up and drop-off at the Pupil Services office, 431 Stow Avenue, Cuyahoga Falls, OH, from 8am to 4pm. These forms are also available on the school website www.cfalls.org using the Parents link button.
