Long ago and far away (23 years ago in California where I administered for 15 years) our high school/s had Career Paths for the students and our middle schools helped students explore their natural strengths as well as their dreams of their careers for their future. Our Superintendent has taken teams of educators to Reynoldsburg H.S. to observe their model this school year. The NEW State of OHIO Superintendent Ross developed the Reynoldsburg model.
