Website Accessibility
Cuyahoga Falls City School District is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive online experience for individuals with disabilities.
CFCSD recognizes its responsibility to provide students, families, staff, and community members with equitable access to information and services available through our district and school websites.
The District is in the process of reviewing and updating its website and digital content to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and applicable requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
This work includes:
Reviewing and improving existing website content and documents
Creating new content with accessibility in mind
Providing accessibility training and guidance to staff members who manage website content
Working with our website provider to use and improve available accessibility features
Regularly evaluating our website to identify and address accessibility barriers
Because our website contains a large amount of content created and maintained by multiple departments and schools, these improvements are ongoing. We appreciate your patience as we work toward providing a more accessible digital experience for all users.
