The top prize of $60,000 plus a celebration featuring New York Times Bestselling author and NEWBERY medal-winner, Kwame Alexander will be awarded to the top prize winner.  There will also be two semi-finalist awards of $30,000 each and ten People's Choice Awards of $8,000 each.

Submissions will be scored based on two areas.  80% of the winning grade comes from the application we submitted in December.  Judges will be grading our application about our Consumers to Creators program on: critical thinking, communication, creativity and collaboration.  Our application and program content currently demonstrate all of these skills.

The remaining 20% of our grade comes from you!.  We need as many votes as we can get.

Part of our application is a video discussing our program.  This video will be available to view and vote on between January 21st and 25th, 2019. Our video entry to view and vote on can be found at: http://follettchallenge.com/videos/1213 beginning January 21st, 2019.

Voters will register and then can vote once a day every day during that week.

We are asking everyone to vote every day and share the link with everyone they know (asking each of them to vote every day also).

The 2019 Grand-Prize winner will be announced April 24, 2019. For more Information on the Follett Challenge, visit www.follettchallenge.com.
