The District has the ability to complete background checks for staff members by appointment only. If you are employed in the district, you should have your background check completed here. We can ensure that it is put in your personnel file and sent to your OH ID account at the Ohio Department of Education (ODE).
A background check consists of running two reports – the BCI and FBI using your fingerprints. Background checks are completed by appointment only during the following times:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 3:45 p.m.

You must bring your unexpired driver's license or state-issued ID to your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept checks made payable to CFCSD, exact cash (we cannot make change), or credit/debit cards.
Costs are determined by your negotiated agreement and are as follows:
CFEA: $30.00
OAPSE, SEIU1, Coaches, Administrators, Exempt: $47.25
All others: $55.00
