Hello! April is our Ohio State Testing month. Students in grades 3-5 will complete Ohio State Testing in the subject areas of English Language Arts, Math, and fifth graders have additional tests in Science. There are two parts to each test taken on separate dates. The calendar to the right of this message has all the dates listed with times. If your child is absent on a testing date or comes in late after the test has already started, then he/she will complete the part/test during make-up testing which could be the very day that he/she returns.

Our annual Relay Recess Lip Sync assembly will be held on April 19 at 9:30 AM. Student groups who are selected to be a part of the competition will perform their lip sync songs.The act with the highest dollar amount raised will pie the second place group, which is usually the teacher group, with whipped cream on the last day of school. This is known as the change war. We ask that students start bringing in change, those that can, to vote for their favorite lip sync group. Proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and the Falls Cancer Club. Relay Recess is scheduled for Tuesday, May 21 with opening ceremonies starting at 9:00 AM.
